The Best Buy salesman was not familiar with burning video DVDs, but he did say that Nero Burn Express 4 was his best seller. I can create data DVDs with Windows 10, so Nero Burn Express 4 is of no value to me. The icon on my desktop for Express 4 is Nero 2017. The Express 4 can only create data DVDs for use on computers, not video for DVD players.
