The Sea of Ghosts is heavily populated with seafarers and Buccaneers making Firewatch home to the ruffians of the Padomaic Ocean. Several other settlements are located near Firewatch including the towns of Tel Mora in the west, Velothis Haven to the east, and the grand city of Port Telvannis to the northeast in the Telvanni Isles. The city of Firewatch is based on the northernmost tip of the Telvanni Peninsula, a vast region that makes up a big portion of the province.
